Smoked Albacore with Brown rice and Broccoli







Last night, I got bunch of smoked albacore for some reason, so I made a home-made breakfast for mixi. 
Mixi frequently tends to be constipated even though she drinks water a lot, and I always try to feed her a food, which contains lots of mineral, like brown rice. It aids with her digestion. 
At this time, brown rice was mixed with smoked albacore to make her food more tasty, and broccoli helps her in digesting as well. Plus, adding broccoli also visually helps the food :) 

Some dogs have an allergy, so take a look at the nutrition of their dog food. Mixi usually eats a dry dog food which mainly consists of brown rice and lamb. So she is ok with rice or meat.(fish too) 

I also think that cats love this food, especially a part of albacore. 


try to make it and feed them :) they will be so happy to have a human edible food.

Serving for one meal(17lbs dog) 


20g smoked albacore 
20g brown rice
1 chinese broccoli(regular broccoli is also fine) 

1) Chop smoked albacore 
2) mix with brown rice and 1) 
3) put broccoli into the bowl


Dogs will be crazy for it. :) 











My Little Cutie





Hi everyone, 

This is my little cutie, Mixi.  She is 3-year old and mix of miniature dachshund, pincher, and maybe chihuahua. (I'm not sure what the breed she is.. she is a rescued dog.) 

She loves eating food like her mom(seriously, she's ALWAYS looking for food like 24/7), and hangs out around the kitchen. 

I actually made a home-made dog food for her in this morning, "Smoked Albacore with Brown Rice and Broccoli".  It will be posted soon.

French food-Sunday Lunch-





Last month, I was back in Japan for a couple of weeks. During the Japan trip, I had an amazing food over there. 

Each dish was tasty and all Japanese food were created with a sensitive seasoning. 

In all great food, there are a French restaurant in my town, and I've been obsessed with their food.  

There is the one word to describe its food, "deep" 
It's very very sensitive to figure out what the sauce is made by. All dressings are home-made. 

Their food is beyond the category of French. The taste can be admitted to any type of food. 

I can't wait to visit them next time :)

Japanese Ribs



-Japanese Ribs- 

Serving for 2

材料

A) 
スペアリブ 4本
いんげん 6本
干ししいたけ 5枚

B)
お寿司用がり、少々
お醤油 大さじ3
みりん 大さじ1
お酒 大さじ1
干し昆布 1枚


1) 200mのお湯にBの調味料を混ぜて、スペアリブと干ししいたけと一緒に煮詰める。
2) スペアリブによく火が通ったことを確認して(おおよそ20分から25分)いんげんを入れて3分程中火で煮る。ここで味つけが弱い場合は、お砂糖を少し加える。
3) お皿に盛りつけて、最後に三つ葉を添えて完成。

Mochi Pizza

材料
おもち: 2個
サラミ: 2枚
バジルソース
モッツアレラチーズ
ピザソース


1) 市販の餅にピザソース、バジルソース、サラミ、モッツアレラチーズをのせて、180度のオーブンで10分から15分焼く。

お皿にトッピングして、バジルソースをのっけたら完成!

"Sweet Potato with ricotta cheese and red beans paste."

"Sweet Potato with ricotta cheese and red beans paste."


Serving for 12 pieces

–スイートポテト−
さつまいも 2個
バター 30g
砂糖 50g
メープルシロップ 大さじ1
牛乳 100cc
卵(黄身のみ) 一個

−トッピング−
あんこ
リコッタチーズ
アーモンド
レーズン


1) さつまいもをアルミホイルにくるんで、200度のオーブンで40分蒸かす。
2) 柔らかくなったさつまいもをほぐして、上記の材料(あんこ、リコッタチーズ以外)と混ぜる。
3) 生地がなじんだら形を整えながらクッキングシートに乗せていく。
4) 180度のオーブンで20分ほど焼く。(焼き目がつけば完成)
5) できたスイートポテトはお皿の乗せて、アーモンドとレーズンをトッピング。
6) リコッタチーズとあんこをサイドに。

"Homemade Basil Sauce Pasta" 

Serving for 1

調理時間:15分

–バジルソース–
バジル:2束
粉チーズ:適量
オリーブオイル:大さじ3~4
塩: 少々

–パスタ–
リングイネ: 80〜100g


1: バジルソースの材料をミキサーにかけてソースは完成。粉チーズは味を見ながらお好みで。
2: 熱湯にリングイネ、塩を少々入れ、9分から10分茹でる。
3: 茹で上がったパスタとバジルソースを和えて、お皿に盛りつけ、バジルをのせれば完成。
